In recent years, he has managed or supervised a portfolio of companies that operate in the fields of modern technology, finance, real estate, photovoltaics and energy. He has co-authored the success of brands such as Delivery Hero, PizzaPortal, iTaxi, Bean & Buddies, ePark, Heimdal, Nidavellir, JLS Property, Dropbybox.com, Prowly.com and Migam.org.
Speaker, mentor, lecturer. Author of the book “The Power of Motion” [Polish: “Siła Pędu”].
Winner of the ranking of 50 most creative people in business by the “Brief” magazine.
Currently the President of the Management Board and the main shareholder in SunRoof. The company creates innovative roofs of solar panels. SunRoof operates in Sweden, Poland, Germany and the USA.
Karol Kaniuk
Acquired competence in energy-efficient housing at the prestigious Halmstad University in Sweden. He has managed several successful companies in the building and construction industry. He has more than 10 years’ experience in building solar roofs. A pioneer in roofing system solutions using Renewable Energy Sources. A long-term expert in the photovoltaic industry, he leads and has supervised many comprehensive projects, managed executive teams and ensured the highest standards according to RISE Institute guidelines.
Martyn Szczepankowski
Lawyer, founder and CEO of Expert – a nationwide logistics company, and co-founder of Remowings – an IT company offering technological solutions for transport companies. An effective entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology, sales, strategy and business development.
Previously he held a number of senior positions in the early stages of medium and large companies, including iTaxi.pl, Pizzaportal, VF Poland and DTS.
Rafał Plutecki
He has been involved in the startup industry, new technologies and the Internet for over 20 years.
His career has included being the founder and CEO of Internet Technologies, one of the first Polish Internet companies. Managing partner of VC Innofund. Regional Director of Infopraca from Group Intercom. Founder and CEO at Tempo in the microinsurance industry. Rafał is also a business angel. Former head of Google Campus Warsaw, part of Google for Startups.
Paulina Szwed-Dobrzyńska
Marketer and PR specialist.
She has successfully built and implemented marketing and PR strategies. She has conducted many marketing campaigns using ATL, BTL, Digital tools. She has carried out projects in the B2B/B2C/B2A sectors for reputable Polish and international companies.
A specialist in crisis management. Her main areas of activity are primarily customer service standards, marketing campaigns, employer branding and marketing research. She gained experience in the first Polish airline, Centralwings, and then for several years she was connected with the financial sector in mBank, Getin Bank or BFF Banking Group.
Marcin Rulnicki
Manager with over 20 years of experience gained at high levels of financial management in international organizations. For 12 years, he was associated with the Asseco Group, and for the last 9 years, he served as the Financial Director of the Asseco South Eastern Europe Group. Previously, he held the position of Corporate Finance Manager at Asseco Poland and in this role, he sat on the boards of Formula Systems (Israel), matrix42 A.G. (Germany), and Asseco South Western Europe (Spain).
He also managed financial teams in real estate investment companies Heitman and Zachodni Fundusz Inwestycyjny NFI.
He has the statutory auditor qualifications.
Piotr Przybysz
Manager with over 20 years of international experience in managing processes in the areas of production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and digitalization of operational processes.
For 14 years, he held the position of Managing Director at Dellner Group, a global leader in the production of systems connecting passenger trains. Previously, he was associated with Danfoss, where as Operation Director, he was responsible for development activities, change management, ERP implementation, process standardization, production relocation, and building a LEAN culture, as well as with GESTRA, where he began his career. He also worked with EATON Automotive as Program Manager Vehicle Group EMEA.
